By creating a LeoUp account or using the LeoUp platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@leoup.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Do not use LeoUp to violate any law or third-party right.
Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, reverse engineer it or bypass security controls.
Do not store sensitive data outside what the platform is designed for.

Subscription & payments

Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Liability

LeoUp is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep the platform running, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Venue is Vienna.
